BTS was referred to me by another company and I am so happy they did! We've been using BTS now for over 3 mos for our IT and telephone needs.  We have about 30 employees and were constantly having IT issues and would hear complaints about the IT experience from our employees constantly.  Ticket times were slow, there were no consistency with techs, and I was being charged for services I didn't need!  Not only has my employees been raving about how much better the IT experience is now but BTS was also able to save me a bunch of money monthly on both my IT and phone needs by eliminating the stuff I don't need. We are grateful to have found BTS as our local computer guy that serviced us for over 20 years recently retired due to unforeseen circumstances.  Naturally, we had a major failure and couldn't find anyone willing to help us.  We called more than 10 local companies looking for assistance, but nobody seemed interested in our small business. BTS has been absolutely fantastic to work with for the last 5+ years for our phone system, but I just had to write a review as we finally switched over our IT support over to BTS and couldn’t be happier.  Tickets that used to take our previous provider days to complete are now resolved within minutes.  I was nervous about switching the IT as we had been using the same group for nearly 10 years, but now my only regret was not making the switch earlier. Aaron Jensen and the team at BTS did an amazing job setting up our new phone system. For a variety of reasons, we had to stick with an on-premise phone solution and not go cloud (the preferred setup). If you're a small business looking for a phone system upgrade, you NEED BTS!!!! Besides cutting our monthly bill in half they provided multiple features that the big carriers either didn't offer or wanted to charge exorbitant amounts to use. I've been waiting for years for our customers to be able to send texts to our landline, and now they can!!!

This is all well & good, but how is the service? From the first call onward they made me feel like I was their only customer. When I call I either reach someone direct or get a timely response if I leave a message. No wasted time on automated menus that bring you to tech support in another country. Emails and texts are returned promptly. What minimal issues we had were solved immediately. On top of that, they are extremely pleasant to work with! I will never go back to the big carriers again!
